Do We Train Our Models with Your Data?

We don't train our models on your data. We don't store your audios.

Your audios are deleted the moment they're transcribed. All notes are encrypted at rest and at the application layer and decrypted to just you — making your data gibberish to everyone else but you.

We use a HIPAA-compliant and SOC 2 certified data provider to store encrypted information. Practitioners can choose to delete notes and they get deleted into space.

These progressive security measures and efforts are put in place to ensure our platform provides a secure and smooth experience for medical professionals.

soapnotes.doctor is committed to offering world-class security standards to ensure practitioners' data is only accessible to them.

So to answer the question…

We don't train our models with your data. Technically, we can't, since we provide military-grade encryption, which makes users' data private to them. We're also proud to be the first in the industry to employ this.
